In a bold and historic move, all three destination ski resorts in Teton County will officially become smoke free beginning Sunday.
Julia Heemstra of the Teton County Tobacco Prevention Program says Grand Targhee Resort, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, and Snow King
Resort are implementing a program to ban cigarette smoking throughout the resorts. Heemstra says this move is unprecedented nationally.
Heemstra says all feedback so far on the program has been positive, including endorsements from the presidents of the three resorts and
Bridger Teton National Forest Supervisor Kniffy Hamilton. |
